YSL - My favourite mascara

Hey there! This is my favourite mascara since 3 months! It might sound weird because that's not so long but I usually try out new mascara's every week so it must be a very special one when I'm using it for 3 months! ;-)

It's the YSL "volume effect - faux cils" mascara. I'm gonna try out some other Yves Saint Laurent mascara's soon. X

New beauty products! ☼

Hello everyone! I bought some new make up products today. It was a hot day and the sun was shining so I was in a summer mood today and bought a few new products :-) If you click on the picture, you will be able to see it a little bit bigger. So let's get started, from left to right:

- Dior "Passion Fruit" 533 blush
- Maybelline BB-cream "medium"
- Cartrice "Mini Max" precise volume mascara in black
- Cartrice Kohl pencil "Name it as you like" 100

I'm very excited to use the maybelline BB cream because loads of people have been recommending it. I   will let you guys know how I think about it. I already used the Dior passion fruit blush (I bought it a few days earlier) and I absolutely adore it! It's a gold/peachy blush that gives you glowy cheeks. Perfect for summer. The other two products are the mascara and the kohl pencil. I haven't used them yet but it should be good products. The mini max mascara looks very special! Cartrice says the mini wand of the mascare will give you maximum volume lashes... Yay that sounds good doesn't it ?!

The bright side of life

I know summer is almost over but here's a trend I really liked/like! The bright neon colours. I have a few bright pieces in my closet and I love them. Thes instantly give you a beautiful tan, I guess that's what I like most about them ;-)

Givenchy eyeshadow

Hi there! I recently bought this givenchy eyeshadow mono! I'm very happy with it cause I am kinda picky in my eyeshadows because the mac ones will be my number one for ever! This is the colour "Modish brown" I absolutely love it. It's a mono eyeshadow like I said but it has 4 different colours of brown in it. You could use them all together when you sweep your brush around or you could make a smokey eye with them.

There's a mat light brown, 2 darker shimmery ones and one very dark brown. This makes it easy to create heaps of different looks. For example I used the mat brown one all over my lid during the day time, which makes it the perfect "natural daytime eye" ... if that's even a description? haha. If you want to invest your money in a good eyeshadow this is the one! It costs 26 euro in Belgium which is (according to me) not expensive for a high end brand with 4 colours! Givenchy also has a few other beautiful colours I would really like to try out. Let me know what your opinion is on the Givenchy eyeshadows!  X

New beauty products part 2

The next product you can see in the picture is a mac blush. I already have 3 other mac blushes and they are great. Same story as the eyeshadows. They have a big range of colours to choose from and this time I chose a bright pink satin powder blush called "Fleur power".

Next on my list was the super stay 24h concealer from Maybelline New York. I just needed a new concealer and I heard very good things about this one so I'm excited to try it out. I'll let you guys know what I think about it. I bought shade number 2 light/beige clair. I also bought the master drama khol liner from Maybelline New York because I wanted a strong longlasting eye pencil! I hope it's not too greasy... I never tried it before so again I'll let you know!

Last but not least I bought my second Chanel Illusion d'obmre eyeshadow. It's creamy eyeshadow which you have to apply with your fingertip. At least that's how it works best for me. I bouht the colour "Abstraction" number 88. It's a light bronze/peachy colour. I already have the colour "Ebloui" number 86 and they're both really good.

New beauty products

Hi everyone, I went shopping today and bought some new products I really wanted to try. I hope the picture above is a little helpful!

The first product I bought was the Essie nailpolish in the colour "need a vacation" I already tried the Essie nailpolishes and I really really like them. I was looking for a baby pink colour so this one was perfect! It's a very bright baby pink.

The next products are MAC eyeshadows. Describing mac's eyeshadows in one word would be: mostamzingproductonearth ;-) I love their eyeshadows, the colour pay off is great and they stay in place all day. They have millions of colours to choose from and every time I go to a mac counter I seem to find new ones I didn't saw before? weird but the truth. Today I fell for "Woodwinked". It's a golden/bronzy eyeshadow which you can wear all over the lid and just blend it a little bit in the crease. I love it. The other eyeshadow I bought is called "Swiss Chocolate". A nude brown/chocolate colour which is always handy.  You might ask yourself why i've put it in a duo... Well to be honest with you I already have one full palette and a quad. When I just bought my palette I could NOT stop buying eyeshadows until it was full .... so buying a new empty one would be way too dangerous for my wallet!

My favorite summer perfume

Hello there! Thinking about which perfume I was going to pick as my "summer favorite" was very difficult. I have so many bottles and it became some sort of  an addiction to try out new scents. But to be honest I got my favorite perfume as a gift from my lovely boyfriend! It's called "couture couture" from Juicy! And when you see the picture below.. I think you already know that it's impossible not to fall in love with the bottle! It's perfect! X

Essie nailpolish

 Hello everyone! Here's the selection of my favourite Essie nailpolishes. I must admit that i'm addicted to these lovely nailpolishes. I have tried millions of nailpolish brands and Essie is the best one so far! The Essie nailpolishes are around 10 euro each which doesn't make them cheap but they are so worth it spending your money on! I also got the "all in one base" which is (obviously) a basecoat and a "no chips" topcoat. This last one makes sure your nailpolish won't chip of on the edges as easily as it normally does. I must admit that the colours of the nailpolishes below don't look the same in real life so i'll try to take a picture so you guys can see what it looks like on your nails in natural daylight. (it's a big difference). definitely pick up some beautiful summer colours at Essie!!!!!

Get yourself some bracelets!

Hi ! I found this beautiful picture of these amazing bracelets I would really like to have (left) ! No idea where you can get them but I'm sure beadies (middle and right) in Holland will have some sort of those bracelets! Diorskin nude tan

Hello there! Here's another product you should really try. I bought the Diorskin nude tan powder/bronzer in the shade 02. I can't really say if it's a powder or a bronzer. You could easily use it in both ways. For me it's a little too dark to use it all over my face so I like to use it as a bronzer on my cheecks to give my face a little "tan". They have a various amount of shades so if you're quite pale (like me) you should definitely have a look at the dior bronzers. I found it difficult to find a good bronzer when you're pale. I'm kinda dreaming about trying a guerlain terracotta bronzing powder but the shades are WAY too dark for me. Unfortunatly! That's why I was so happy when I found the Dior bronzers. Another thing I really like about them is that they are nude! I don't like shimmery bronzers because they make me look like a shiny xmas tree.... not funny! But anyways ... go check out this amazing product! The price I paid for it in Belgium was 45,90 euro. Expensive for a bronzer I know. But if you want something you should get it! :-)

Lancome teint idole ultra 24h

Hello everyone! I  wanted to let you guys know that I bought the "Lancome teint idole ultra 24h" foundation. I absolutly love it! I'm in the shade o5. It's my summer foundation so it's slidly darker than I would usually take. And yep I know summer will be over in a month maybe 2?! But when I haven't finished the bottle yet I can still mix it with a lighter foundation to find the perfect skin coulour I'm having for the moment. Very good stuff! The price was reasonable. I payed 40,73 euro for it which it quite pricey but it's worth it. The only thing I don't like about the foundation is that is smells really weird. I wouldn't say "bad" but I just don't like foundations with a "perfume" smell in it unless it's a really nice smell like the bourjois healthy mix! But the this one is hard to describe ... I would say old flowers hahaha. That's probably not the best way to describe a foundation but I'm hard in explaining what I smell ;-) It's my first Lancome foundation so I have no idea if the others are any good but the things I read online about them are not bad!
