YSL - My favourite mascara

Hey there! This is my favourite mascara since 3 months! It might sound weird because that's not so long but I usually try out new mascara's every week so it must be a very special one when I'm using it for 3 months! ;-)

It's the YSL "volume effect - faux cils" mascara. I'm gonna try out some other Yves Saint Laurent mascara's soon. X

New beauty products! ☼

Hello everyone! I bought some new make up products today. It was a hot day and the sun was shining so I was in a summer mood today and bought a few new products :-) If you click on the picture, you will be able to see it a little bit bigger. So let's get started, from left to right:

- Dior "Passion Fruit" 533 blush
- Maybelline BB-cream "medium"
- Cartrice "Mini Max" precise volume mascara in black
- Cartrice Kohl pencil "Name it as you like" 100

I'm very excited to use the maybelline BB cream because loads of people have been recommending it. I   will let you guys know how I think about it. I already used the Dior passion fruit blush (I bought it a few days earlier) and I absolutely adore it! It's a gold/peachy blush that gives you glowy cheeks. Perfect for summer. The other two products are the mascara and the kohl pencil. I haven't used them yet but it should be good products. The mini max mascara looks very special! Cartrice says the mini wand of the mascare will give you maximum volume lashes... Yay that sounds good doesn't it ?!

The bright side of life

I know summer is almost over but here's a trend I really liked/like! The bright neon colours. I have a few bright pieces in my closet and I love them. Thes instantly give you a beautiful tan, I guess that's what I like most about them ;-)

Givenchy eyeshadow

Hi there! I recently bought this givenchy eyeshadow mono! I'm very happy with it cause I am kinda picky in my eyeshadows because the mac ones will be my number one for ever! This is the colour "Modish brown" I absolutely love it. It's a mono eyeshadow like I said but it has 4 different colours of brown in it. You could use them all together when you sweep your brush around or you could make a smokey eye with them.

There's a mat light brown, 2 darker shimmery ones and one very dark brown. This makes it easy to create heaps of different looks. For example I used the mat brown one all over my lid during the day time, which makes it the perfect "natural daytime eye" ... if that's even a description? haha. If you want to invest your money in a good eyeshadow this is the one! It costs 26 euro in Belgium which is (according to me) not expensive for a high end brand with 4 colours! Givenchy also has a few other beautiful colours I would really like to try out. Let me know what your opinion is on the Givenchy eyeshadows!  X
